Raya and Elcidor

Raya Snow

Raya is almost nineteen, and was born and raised in the small town of Cantus, Valinor. She is known to be wild and independent, and hardly the social bird. Though not a recluse, or socially inept,  she prefers hiking far distances and discovering the intricate pathways of nature. Her free-spirited personality ignores the strict rules of society and replaces it with her own sense of logic. However, despite what most may think, she is very ferocious when it comes to protecting what she loves.The first meeting with her dragon occurred when she was sixteen while she was hiking in the depths of the forest. It was a deliberate set up by her enormous friend, and it was a drastic and life-altering experience. However, after coming to terms with it Raya Snow continued living life like she always had - but with a new eternal companion, Elcidor.

 Elcidor resides in the mountainous, northern region of Valinor territory. He is very large and thickly built, but his massive wingspan and powerful muscles allow him a graceful dexterity when airborne. The long-lived golden dragon is quick-witted and has an affinity for judgement. Almost eighteen years ago, his primal instincts felt a disturbance while he lay in hibernation - something he hadn't felt in centuries. Soon he was roused from a two-decade-long slumber and quietly searched for the one destined to be his rider. Unfortunately, the human civilization had grown in both population and intelligence, makinging it impossible to remain unseen if he got too close, but luckily after only sixteen years, Elcidor finally forged the Bond with his rider and eternal companion, Raya Snow.
